ARTITUDE ♥ I didn't know that this concert would actually bring so much joy to me(: Turns out that after all those hard times, after all that anger, annoyance, sadness, we made the right choices, and our efforts did pay off. C: Yesterday was the greatest 12 hours or so spent in HC so far in my life(; Even sectionals was really fun! :D Well, that might have been because we talked and crapped more than we played, but we got high! :) Edwyna, Yuanmei, me, and later Shirlynn :D Learnt so much about HCJC during sectionals(: Life isn't so bad after all.

We were all looking forward to lunch during sectionals, and when the time came, we got exceptionally high XD went to HC poolside for lunch with some of the guys who are playing for Artitude(: Had a bashingly amusing time ;p

Rehearsal was the best yet, and really treasured the last rehearsal before the concert. C: Felt so satisified because we could finally play some music :D Dr Tan called bass section 'cute!' because of how we held our basses while sitting down on the short chairs XD 'Hugging them like penguins' HAHAHA(:

Started emoing during dinner because people were ignoring my messages T.T I think I annoyed my section because of my sudden outbursts every 5 seconds or so :X After a while it was okay already though (: Tip from Shirlynn: 'dao them first so they can't dao you'. HAHA thanks shir <3

After that we went to prepare for the concert :O Time passed really fast. Wore my new black clothes for the first time C: They are really cool!! HAHA don't know why but I love my black clothes(; Maybe I started to appreciate not wearing a gown to a concert performance hehehe. Put up my hair in a hairband(: Went outside the auditorium to say hi to the earlybirds :D Saw so many people I know! :O Asey, Xuyue, Lijia, Mathea, Aileen, Eugenia were all there!(: Stella, Prisca, Chiawei, Yingyee, Yixuan were there too! :O So many people from NYSE<3

We watched the first part of the performance, which was on Chopin's piano concerto :D The pianist is really good! :D So much expression, and he's almost completely deaf :O You know, I realised that somehow people who are more disabled are able to achieve greater things. :\ We should really appreciate what we have and bring out the best of us with these gifts from God.(: Went to set up for the concert after that, and started feeling nervous! Put lots of rosin because I was afraid to run out after a while hehehe. Said hi to parents and brother and brother's friends before going to set up too(: Then it was the PERFORMANCE!

Our performance really passed very fast ): Now I miss the rehearsals, I miss the basses there, I miss the auditorium, I miss Dr Tan, I miss the orchestra! ): It was a great performance, and I loved it to the max! :D Played our hearts out, and we got an encore! Well we didn't have an encore piece so we played Pirates of the Carribean again XD But this time without Dr Tan conducting, and we got CHEERS! :D:D Memorable experience(:
