Youth.

Just recently got back from my church TF camp :) It was so fun! Though I missed the most of the first day... I think this camp was a great success as compared to the previous years' ones, and after this camp I'm really looking forward to next year's Youth Ministry system to begin! :D There's hope for us yet HAHA.
Through this camp, I've become so much more bonded with my fellow teenagers in church :) And even though we're a small group, that isn't necessarily a bad thing! I actually prefer being in a small group :) In such a small group, everyone knows everyone, and it's easier for us to bond together as a group! :D Of course, the camp wasn't purely just for us to come together as the fellow teenagers of the church, but also to come together under Christ. :) Through this camp, I've definitely gotten closer to Christ, and I feel so happy for that. :)
Missed most of the first day, only came in at night while Matthew was teaching us about "Our Beliefs". After the Bible session, we went to play this candle game, kind of like the game where you're supposed to pop each others' balloons without popping your own. We were supposed to blow each others' candles out. It was fun! :) All the "dead" people went to sit by the side with their relit candles, looking like hobos LOL. Took a group photo too :)
On the second day, the morning session was on "Our Values". What are our values in life based on? Are they based on life on earth? Or in Christ? Food for thought. Really gave me something to think about haha. The major activity of the day was cycling at Pulau Ubin! :) First time in three years I didn't get injured during cycling in TF camp :D HAHA. I'm so glad I know how to cycle properly now :) Some people got injured though, and pretty badly too :/ Hope they're fine now! Night session was on "Our Character". Something similar and related to "Our Values". Matthew and Priscilla treated us to Udders ice-cream! :D It was awesome! Though I was feeling a little tired that night... We initially wanted to stay up pretty late to chat and play card games, but Priscilla came to chase us to bed after a while haha.
Wednesday! Morning session was by Pastor Kin Seng, on "Our Thinking". All the sessions were interrelated, really interesting :) Happy that I took notes for all the sessions (except "Our Beliefs" probably because I wasn't there for the most part). Highlight of that day was telematch! It was fun! Haha basically we were to play a few games against each other in our two groups, and for each game we will earn water bombs for the finale depending on whether we won or lost. My group won the most waterbombs, but then we lost the finale, which was to make a hole through a hoolahoop wrapped in newspaper. -.- So we lost HAHA. But Matthew was so nice as to get for both our groups a nice chocolate cake each :) And anyway there wasn't much of a point because we shared all the cakes haha. Stayed up for the most part that night since it was the last night of the camp :( Slept at 4+ and woke up at 7+ haha. Spent the night and early morning talking and chatting and getting to know each other more and more... :)
Had quality time with God, as well as with fellow teenagers during this camp. :) Our new shepherds are also roughly the same age group as us, so we could really talk with them :D Learnt many things about each other through this camp :) For example, we learnt about how Matthew proposed to Priscilla haha! The story's so typical of Matthew hehe. Hope our TF (and future YF) can stay bonded like this always! :) Looking forward to next year!
Now, photos! :D (many more on my Facebook!)

This is me with my hair full of flour (AKA me 50 years later~)!
