We got our O Level results back on Monday, and I only have to say that it was no good. ): Hello H1 Chinese! I'm really trying to be optimistic about the fact this year I'll have one extra subject to take, two hours a week. And actually I'm fine with it; the only thing I don't really like is that I have to continue having Chinese tuition for one more year. If it's possible I'd like to stop tuition. It's not that my teacher isn't wonderful or anything, it's just that tuition kind of limits my freedom of time, even though it's just once a week (starting TODAY)... I just feel that way. Oh well, still trying to be optimistic! I'LL GET AN A THIS YEAR I PROMISE.

On Wednesday some of my friends (Jermaine, Regine, Rachel, D) and I went for HCJC Open House... it was alright, nothing much to tell. The performances were quite cool, and so were the displays :) It was surprising that we met so many of my P6 classmates at the Open House. Quite scary that so many people from 6I'07 is so smart with 2-pointers and 3-pointers. :X But what to expect it was one of the best classes in 2007, not boasting HAHAHA. That just made me all the more excited for JC, because I know I'll be seeing more of my P6 classmates there over the next two years. :) Easier to collaborate for a class gathering too LOL. But the one thing about Open House that I found a little weird was that most of the displays were for publicising CCAs. There wasn't much promoting of the school itself in my opinion, other than the school tours. The first thing that happened when I stepped into the school is that someone came to me and passed me a postcard for their school Chinese Drama CCA. ._.

Anyway, after we were done sight-seeing at the Open House we went to Beauty World Centre to get our JC uniforms and eat lunch... Getting the uniform was quite a hassle with sizes and everything, and the guys (Daniel and Jeremy) started complaining and saying how it's just a uniform and we don't have to care so much about how fitting it is or whatever. Hahaha it was quite amusing. And it was awkward trying on the uniform in front of Jeremy, who kept boasting about how RJC girls' uniform is so much better than ours. -_- After lunch we headed to D's house, where we ended up unintentionally having a mini-P6 class gathering in a matter of minutes. In the end, there were quite a number of people in his house: Jeremy, Ding Wei, Khiam Li, Wen Song, Shin Yun, Yu Xin, Xiao Chou, Shuen Hwee, our VIP Jermaine and myself. We were playing on the X-box for a few hours before we left :O

It just occurred to me that this is the last weekend before the start of IP week, which I am totally not looking forward to. We'll be greeted with diagnostic tests and lectures for every day of the two weeks of IP activities, which really sucks in my opinion. Dang, I better enjoy the last two days of holidays before the two years of JC start :/

“that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.” 2 Corinthians 5:19-20 (NIV)
