It's Maundy Thursday today, and on this day we need to remember our Lord Jesus Christ, who was sent to be crucified on the cross to cleanse all of our sins, so that we may receive salvation and spend eternity with our Father. I'm so grateful everyday for knowing Him, for how He has saved my life. And I know that each day, He is with me, guiding me, leading me, even when I don't feel His presence. I know that He's with me always, and I'm glad that He is my companion, now and always. I've realised so many times that God may as well be one of the only people I can trust wholly, with my life. There is no one I trust more than my God.

Today for CT session we were discussing about the topic of "Love". Kind of weird how my CT is a guy and the session was held with both guys and girls together. But anyway, my CT was talking about three things: intimacy, passion and commitment, which is what make up the Triangular Theory of Love. Only with these three will there be "Consummate love". Intimacy on its own is just a "Liking", whereas passion alone is "Infatuation". With only commitment, the relationship is of "Empty Love". With both intimacy and passion, there exists "Romantic Love", which may not last. With both passion and commitment, there is "Fatuous Love" and with commitment and intimacy, there is "Compassionate Love".

This Triangular Theory of Love is true in a large extent, I think. What is love? A lot of people say that you won't know until you experience it yourself. I can't say that I know what "love" is any more. I've been very confused, lately.

"For Christ's love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him but for him who died for them and was raised again." 2 Corinthians 5:14-15 (NIV)
