First week of post-promos was pure madness, with at least three hours of PW work sessions every single day, and the school day even lasted till 5pm on Wednesday. Felt pretty out-of-hand because I'm used to a fixed everyday schedule and the post-promos schedule is completely different. But other than PW, PW and more PW, there wasn't really much I could recollect from the week other than my birthday and one other activity.

Had a relationship seminar for 3.5 hours on Wednesday (which explains the really lengthy school day), and honestly it wasn't too bad. Not like the usual boring "oh-I-know-this-already" sessions, this one actually made a whole lot of sense. Reminded of how important similar values are, and how it is important to work towards a common goal, to set some "ground rules". Not that I didn't know these things already; I knew, but I just have not applied these morals I guess. I'm not too sure whether it's unwillingness or ignorance or something else; maybe I'm just stubborn. Can't help but recall a very relevant quote from Margaret Thatcher in the movie "The Iron Lady": "One of the greatest problems of our age is that we are... people who care more about feelings than they do about thoughts and ideas." Enough of what we feel. Feelings fade. Feelings can be irrational. Values and thoughts push us forward.

Another quote from Margaret Thatcher: "Watch your thoughts, for they become words. Watch your words, for they become actions. Watch your actions, for they become habits. Watch your habits, for they become your character. Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny."

I honestly thought better of you. Though what you said didn't come as a surprise, I know the underlying motive behind your words. I'm truly disappointed.
