Amidst all the stress and pressure of prelims and A's, this short message has really served as an encouragement to me. :) I hope this will be an encouragement to anyone who reads this as well. Rely on God's strength and not our own.

Recently I've taken on to a new personal motto: you don't lose until you quit. It's cliche, but I've realised the meaning of this statement. During an exam or in the midst of a difficult situation, or even in everyday life, you really cannot lose until you quit. Because when you keep trying, you still have that glimmer of hope which can shine through even the darkest of times if we try hard enough. But if you quit, it means you give up. It means you don't savour whatever hope you have left in whatever it is you're doing. And that, is when you lose. So whatever you do, just don't quit. Ever.
