I realised in my previous post that I didn't really say anything about thanking people (I'm so sorry!). I hope and think you guys know who I really have to thank for 2013, but here's just a list of people I would love to thank.

Firstly I thank God for His wonderful love and grace, and for pulling me through 2013 unscathed (almost). Even when I don't act like it, He has always been there for me, protecting and guiding me. Looking back on 2013 has made me see His plan thus far and how He has shaped me into who I am today, through both good and bad experiences. There are so many things which I am unsure of now - for the first time in a really long time, I don't have a plan. 2014 is a shroud of mystery for me and surely for everyone else who graduated from As last year. I'm so confused about a lot of things in my life, but I'm just going to trust God to see me through everyday and every experience.

Secondly, my boyfriend, who decided to stick with me through the ups and downs of 2013 no matter how idiotic or completely irrational I had become. I honestly do not think that it is easy to be a companion with someone like me - shutting people out whenever I want and who speculates the worst situations every time, spending the most of my time worrying about something which would never happen. Thank you for sticking by me for the whole of last year; I would not have gotten through it without you. Thanks for being my continuous support, for listening to my worries and comforting me when I needed it. I don't know how much longer I can spend with you, but whatever it is I will try my best to be better in general.

I also have to thank my classmates, particularly Eugene, Hsieh En and Shawn who have undoubtedly been the best of friends in class. We did a lot together - listening to lectures, attending tutorials, eating during recess, PE, studying, spamming questions on WhatsApp, laughing, making fun of everyone and ourselves, etc. etc. etc. There is just too much to say. JC life became a lot more fun with such eccentric and unique friends as you guys :) Thank you for being there for me and supporting my decisions at any time, and for giving me a lot of constructive criticisms as well as encouragement whenever you deemed fit. As we go our separate ways, we may stop talking to each other and even become just acquaintances in the future. But one thing is for sure - I'll never forget you guys. When I think of JC I will think of you, and I cannot ask for better memories. I already miss tutorials and lectures with you guys, and sometimes I just wish I could rewind time and sit through one lecture and one tutorial with you again because it was just so fun. Thanks for everything :)

To Jermaine and Regine, thank you for being now two of my oldest friends. Thanks for always offering your love and support and for giving such great advice for things that I never dared to tell others. Thanks for offering a listening ear for all I have to say and for throwing such an amazing 18th birthday party for me. It's been six years since we've known one another. It's amazing how we've been able to keep in touch with one another for so long, and I hope it won't end anytime soon. Here's to another six years of friendship!
